Marijuana has become increasingly popular in recent years and is often highlighted as mass alt care. Given its limited side-effects profile and perceived health benefits, many are embracing marijuana usage for medical purposes. Research has suggested that marijuana may reduce chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and other issues concerning mental and physical health. In addition to a reduction of prescribed medications, there have been reported improvements in sleep quality as well as strengthened bones and muscles. Despite the controversial public opinion surrounding marijuana’s use for recreational purposes, the evidence for its practical application in mass alt care plans is growing rapidly.
