EZMEDCARD Appointment Fees
We offer in-person consultations with our licensed medical provider for obtaining or renewing your Kentucky medical marijuana card. We accept debit/credit cards for the registration process. Please note that health insurance providers do not currently cover our medical marijuana consulting services due to the lack of federal recognition.
Initial Appointment – $175
Includes your initial appointment and consulting services with one of our licensed medical providers.
Yearly Renewal Appointment – $125
Includes your Kentucky MMJ card renewal appointment and consulting services with one of our licensed physicians or APRN’s. *This can be done virtually if the initial was with the same provider*
