EZMEDCARD Appointment Fees
We provide remote telehealth consultation to either receive or renew your medical marijuana card (Massachusetts MMJ Card). We accept debit/credit cards during the registration process. Health insurance providers are not currently covering our medical marijuana consulting services because it is not federally recognized.
Initial Appointment – $150
Includes your initial virtual appointment and consulting services with one of our licensed medical providers.
Annual Renewal Appointments – $100
Conduct your Connecticut Medical Marijuana Program annual renewal with one of our physicians or APRNs.
