EZMEDCARD Appointment Fees: Oklahoma
We offer telehealth consultations for obtaining and renewing your Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Card. During the registration process, we accept debit/credit card payments. Please note that health insurance providers do not cover our medical marijuana consulting services in Oklahoma, as medical marijuana is not federally recognized.
Initial Appointment – $120
This fee covers your first virtual appointment and consultation with one of our licensed medical providers.
Annual Renewal Appointments – $80
We also offer renewal appointments for your two year renewal.
