EZMEDCARD Appointment Fees
We provide consultations to receive or renew your Florida medical marijuana card (OMMU). Your initial appointment must be in person. Your 7-month renewal can be completed either in person or via telehealth. We accept debit/credit cards during the registration process. Health insurance providers are not currently covering our medical marijuana consulting services because it is not federally recognized.
Initial Appointment – $150
Includes your initial in person appointment and consulting services with one of our licensed medical providers.
Annual Renewal Appointments – $100
Conduct your Florida Medical Marijuana Program 7 month renewal with one of our physicians. You have the option to do an in person appointment or a tele-health appointment virtually with your provider.
