Steps to Receive Your Florida Medical Marijuana License

  • Make sure you have: A valid Florida Driver’s License or Florida Identification Card with your current address.
  • Book & pay for your in-person consultation.
  • Fill out the intake form.
  • Complete your physical examination with one of our qualified medical providers.
  • Check your email. The doctor will enter your information into the state registry. You will then receive two emails from the state with a temporary password to log in.
  • Complete your application. Log into the Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR) to submit your application and the $75 state fee. We will help guide you through this!

Seasonal Residents or those without a standard Florida ID must submit two of the following documents to prove residency: a utility bill (not more than 2 months old), a lease agreement, or a bank statement. Additional State Requirements for the MMUR Application:

  • Photograph: You must upload a full-face, passport-type color photo (2×2 inches) taken within the last 90 days on a plain white or off-white background. No hats, dark glasses, or filters; must be in normal street attire.
  • Minors: Must submit a certified copy of a birth certificate or school registration record, plus a parent/legal guardian’s valid Florida ID.
  • Caregivers: Non-relative caregivers must pass a level 2 background screening.
  • Renewals: A new recommendation from a doctor is required every 210 days.
